Nancy Bullard, science lab teacher and IB coordinator at Huntingtowne Farms Elementary, won a TikTok contest that will allow every N.C. elementary student to have a virtual science lesson with Emily Calandrelli of Emily’s Wonder Lab on Netflix. Bullard entered by uploading videos of herself performing experiments from the show
There were to be three school winners, but the top three videos with the most likes belonged to Bullard. Calandrelli announced the decision to instead host a livestream event for the state Dec. 11 at 2 p.m. and sent out the sign-up link. (Source: CMS Insider newsletter)
