Student IDs and PINs for Future Enrollment
Please know that Student Placement is working diligently to process your future enrollment documents!
The School Choice Team will not run the lottery until all families who have submitted future enrollment information by the January 14 deadline have received their credentials.
Please continue to be patient. You will receive an email notification about your student's ID and PIN when it is ready! We want to assure you that our team is monitoring this, and we will be in touch with you via email.
Update Regarding Student Assignment Notification Letters
CMS Families, you should have received your child’s annual student assignment notification letter, alerting you to your child's CMS school assignment for the 2022-23 school year and providing instructions for participating in the School Choice Lottery. The letter contained a message which said “Your lottery application have been voided due to a programmatic, grade or address change. You must reapply by the district's deadline date.”
Please disregard this portion of the letter.
Should your child actually experience a programmatic, grade or address change after you have submitted a choice lottery application, your application will be voided and a new application will need to be submitted on or before the lottery deadline date. If this is the case, you will receive a personal email and/or phone call from a member of our team!
